UPDATE 2/22/06 8:35am EST:
So I took the images of the contract and changed the names with Photoshop. Last night, while she was doing dishes I stopped her and asked her to read and sign the contract. After drying her hands she read it while laughing and asking me where I got it. I explained that I had written it many years ago and that she needed to sign it. And to my surprise she did sign it. I am going to give her an extra GBD for not putting up a fight about it.
