One day, when I worked at a law firm in California, I was outside smoking, and this middle aged man, an attorney at one of the other firms started talking to me. Then out of nowhere he said "I will buy you a house and pay you 35 thousand dollars a year on top of that if you will be my mistress". He was serious.
Odd. People are lonely and stuff.
