So, I go with my sister and our kids yesterday to JCC to get her books for college. I noticed something odd. My sister, who was driving, views stop signs as suggestions, not commands. I kept asking, "Did you see that sign?"
Answer: "I don't have my glasses on."
Okay, so I'm getting really nervous. We then go to target. In the target parking lot, there are crosswalks, with stop signs. My sister, again, did not really stop at one, so I scream! She almost took out this old lady on a rascal scooter in the cross walk. I said "did you not see that woman?" "No, I don't have on my glasses", "What about the stopsign?" "No, if I did not see that woman, I definitely did not see the stop sign." Then my sister pauses and says "That bitch was racing me."
I love my sister. Her reality is something brand new.
