3rd Party Beneficiary of Cock

My contracts teacher said this over and over in class today "who is the third party beneficiary of Koch (a case)"... which he pronounced "cock".  We all nearly swallowed our tongues to keep from laughing.

No one would answer his question.

Yeah, my professor was trying to explain the relative strength of logical fallacies. But he's from Bhutan and heavily accented so he didn't know why everyone was laughing when he said "What is the hard phallus?" and "What is the right phallus for me?"

Ha ha ha! What is the right phallus for me?
And I think my teacher did know, b/c the second time he said it, he paused before saying cock, said it in an odd inflection and then paused after saying it. Either he was fucking with us or he was embarassed to have to say it twice. I'm going with the former.
